Topic: online/remote learning and how it is affecting students’ mental health, with an emphasis on BIPOC/Latinx/LGBTQ+/disadvantaged communities
The topic of discussion for this webinar is important because it is relevant to many students right now who are going through the same thing. Through this webinar, we hope to educate them on the research behind online learning and mental health, provide our own experiences (in hopes that others can relate), and provide helpful tips for those to implement during this tough time. MHU’s founding principles are to advocate, educate, and integrate and this webinar does just that!
